Renovation of a Haussmannian apartment — Paris 11th arrondissement

Located in Auvers-sur-Oise, this 273 m² house has been completely renovated to offer a modern living environment while preserving the charm of its original architecture. The project highlights the balance between comfort, aesthetics, and functionality, creating a space that is both elegant and practical. As with our apartment renovation projects in Paris’s 15th and 18th arrondissements, the challenge was to modernize without altering the character of the original structure.

The owners opted for soft, soothing tones, integrated into a refined and thoughtful design. Every detail, every choice of materials and colors was carefully considered to optimize the space while adding a touch of sophistication. The interior designer ingeniously utilized the space, transforming the apartment into a bright and welcoming living area.

A bright and open living room

The living room has been renovated to offer a welcoming and open atmosphere. Neutral and natural colors dominate, creating a soothing ambiance. The exposed beams and terracotta floor lend an authentic character while blending perfectly with modern and functional furniture. This living room is now a true haven of relaxation, ideal for entertaining or unwinding in complete tranquility. Modern kitchen in natural hues

The kitchen, with its clean lines, is distinguished by the use of natural materials such as wood and stone, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The choice of a bottle-green backsplash adds a touch of originality, while the light wood island becomes a focal point of the room, combining aesthetics and functionality. This project has perfectly blended modernity and tradition, with materials carefully selected for their durability and beauty.
